Hydration is key, but not everyone likes water because it can be boring and have no flavour. Well I am here to tell you that there's an easier way...



The importance of hydration: Everything in your body relies on water to function. Eyes are 99% water, your brain is 85% water, your heart is 75% water, your lungs are 84% water and your skin is 70% water.


Water is responsible for:

1) More oxygen and nutrients can get to the cells in your blood

2) Decreases stress on the heart

3) Prevents muscle cramping

4) Keeps your skin cells plump which keeps you young- looking

5) Prevents the formation of cellulite

6) Prevents kidney stones

7) Regulates digestive system.




EAT YOUR WATER:

Cucumber - 96% water

Celery - 95% water

Radish - 95% water

Red tomato - 94% water

Grapes - 92% water

Green cabbage - 93% water

Spinach - 92% water

Strawberries - 92% water

Watermelon - 92% water

Grapefruit - 91% water

Peach - 88% water

Pineapple - 87% water

Orange - 87% water
